Early Childhood Instructor / Chief Instructor
The Beibi Akatemia is a newly opened Early Childhood Education (ECE) center located in the heart of Baku. The Center aims to provide a quality education for infants and toddlers (0-3) in accordance with international standards. We are looking for a highly motivated instructor and chief instructor to join our friendly, vibrant, and dynamic team. Recent early childhood program graduates as well as alumni of international exchange programs are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement activities that meet the physical, intellectual, emotional and social needs of their students
• Provide a classroom environment that encourages parent participation
• Communicate with parents and discussing their children’s development

• Maintain and schedule weekly and monthly activities
• Observe and record children's growth, development and behavior using electronic portfolios
• Ensure the learning environment is clean, hygienic and safe
• Undertake administrative tasks as required

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Passion to work with infants and toddlers (0 – 3 years old)
• 1 to 3 years of experience working in a childcare setting is desired
• Intermediate English language level is required, Russian is desired
• Good organizational and teamwork skills
• Sound written and verbal communication skills
• A good level of computer literacy
• Basic First Aid knowledge is desirable

• Professional caregiver diploma/license holders are given preference
Instructor’s Work Schedule
• Thirty work hours a week, weekends included. One day off a week.
• Three month probation period
• Starting NET salary – 300 AZN

Chief Instructor’s Work Schedule
• Forty work hours a week, weekends included. One day off a week.
• Three month probation period
• Starting NET salary – 500 AZN
